The historic 40th season of Saturday Night Live kicks off September 27th. While they’ve yet to announce for certain who will be in the cast, we now know who will be hosting the first couple of weeks.
A year ago NBC Sports went viral with a sketch featuring SNL-alum, Jason Sudeikis, as American football coach Ted Lasso; inexplicably brought to the UK to manage Tottenham Hotspur, a Premier League soccer team.
On Saturday, Seth Rogen (PeekYou profile here) brought his workaholic-slacker, shabby-chic vibe to 30 Rockefeller Center, to host NBC‘s Saturday Night Live; joined by musical guest, baffling heartthrob, Ed Sheeran (PeekYou profile here).
With all the attention being focused on the Big Game this weekend, it’s easy to overlook that a sizable segment of the Web’s population will be taking a break from the football brouhaha to be buzzing over this evening’s Saturday Night Live, and the departure of 13-year veteran cast member, Seth Meyers (whose PeekYou profile is here).
On September 28th, NBC’s Saturday Night Live returned for its 39th season.
