Those of us who used Facebook during this past week are probably all familiar with the site’s A Look Back feature. Offered in connection with their 10th Anniversary, the feature, theoretically, told “your story” via a hokey video montage consisting of your profile’s photos set to music.
In a strange and unlikely turn of events that has the Internet buzzing this weekend, Vietnamese indie game developer, Dong Nguyen (PeekYou profile here), of .GEARS Studios, has decided to pull his enormously popular mobile gaming sensation, Flappy Bird, from the marketplace.
This clip has recently been making the viral rounds, and if you’re not of too nervous a disposition you’ll quickly understand why. It features slow motion footage of rock climber, Alex Honnold (PeekYou profile here), ascending El Sendero Luminoso, a 1,500 foot wall in Monterrey, Mexico.
