Watch Mariah Carey Set a Wedding Dress on Fire in New Music Video
Mariah Carey is burning off the remains of her previous relationship with billionaire James Packer. In her new music video released on Friday for the ballad “I Don’t” Carey is shown throwing what could be her actual wedding dress into the flames.
According to TMZ, the dress in the video is the actual custom $250,000 Valentino gown Carey was set to wear at her wedding to Packer. Carey and Packer called off their engagement last year.
TMZ also reported that the video, which features rapper YG, was shot at the home Carey and Packer were sharing in Calabasas, Calif. before the two broke up in October.
“But I’m tired of cryin, no more tears/Pity party of the year/Cold at night cause you’re not here/Leaving you was my worst fear,” sings Carey on the breakup anthem.
