British diver and TV personality, Tom Daley (PeekYou profile here) is the talk of the internet today for an announcement he made, regarding his personal life, via the YouTube video linked to here.

In the video, simply, Tom shared that he’s currently in a romantic relationship with a man. Alas, in 2013, it’s still considered newsworthy for a public figure — particularly an athlete — to share such a thing. As such, we do commend Tom for choosing to do so.
