The New Trailer for ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Shows All Four of ‘Em

TMNT
So long as the depiction is either in color, or portraying them brandishing their weapons, seemingly most westerners ages 35 and younger can immediately identify each of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles — Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael — on sight.

Older than that, we’re afraid it’s more likely you’ll kowtow to the blasphemous hunch that if you’ve seen one Ninja Turtle, you’ve seen them all.

That said, the first official trailer for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles flick, from producer Michael Bay (PeekYou profile here) only showed us two of them (we may or may not have any idea which two). But the second trailer has just been released and, hold onto your hats, it shows us all four; in fleeting glimpses, but by gum they’re all there.

AND THAT’S A LOT OF TURTLES! (Or at least as many as there are.)

The Megan Fox (PeekYou profile here) starring flick marks the fifth-time the enduring “heroes in a half-shell” have appeared on the big screen, since their first appearance in self-published comic books almost exactly 30-years ago.

This trailer — which is extremely similar to the first — looks loud, confusing, and expensive; just as you might expect from a Bay production. A cursory skim of what the Web’s more vocal denizens have to share suggests that opinion is divided, as it so often is these days.

Peep it for yourself below, and make your own decisions, and then visit the PeekYou profiles of the Megster and Mikester, and view videos and photos, read interviews and articles, and just generally explore the best of what the Web has to share of these two Hollywood power players.
