The 10 Biggest Living Scientists on the Web
While we apologize for none of our previous lists, even those replete with cheesecake/beefcake or sensationalism, we nonetheless felt that it was time to at least pretend to, momentarily, aspire to something greater. It is our sincere hope that merely by association, this entry will make PeekYou appear deep. We index eggheads too, you see.
But also, trend-chasers though we’ll sometimes be, currently eggheads are hot. British actor Eddie Redmayne took home an Oscar this week for his portrayal of the gentleman topping the below list. It seemed a fine time to visit the topic.
So, maybe its not that deep. And besides, these are not necessarily the best or most respected living scientists. In fact, in some instances, we’re certain they are not. But they are the living, proper science-folks whose digital footprints (meaning, impact, presence, and influence in the online sphere) — as measured by our PeekScore scale — are largest.
In short, these are the biggest living scientists in cyberspace, and that sounds all sorts of futuristic and awesome to us.
