Marvel released the second trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 on Saturday, which director James Gunn unveiled at Comic Con Experience 2016 in São Paulo, Brazil. While the first teaser brought back the unlikely crew of Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and a younger Groot, this new trailer uncovers more characters from the different corners of Marvel’s unending galaxy.
Right off the top we see the Abilisk, a gargantuan creature Gunn teased via concept art back in August. The oversized alien behemoth has enough teeth and tentacles to wipe out any hero attempting to take it down, and that’s exactly what we see Drax trying to do. Leave it to Rocket to pack explosives (hopefully) powerful enough to take on the threat, warning Baby…
