Dev Hynes, aka Blood Orange, has teamed up with Starchild & the New Romantic’s Bryndon Cook to form the new group VeilHymn. The duo unveiled their first new song, “Hymn,” which Brooklyn Vegan premiered.
Chance the Rapper turned Drake‘s “Feel No Ways” into an atmospheric slow jam during an appearance on BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Live Lounge.
While Donnie Trumpet and the Social Experiment captured the gooey synths and sultry piano plunks of the Views cut, they dropped the uptempo percussion and opened the song up for Chance, who delivered Drake’s love-weary lyrics in a charming croak. Towards the end of the song however, Chance began to flub the lyrics, cheekily crooning “You don’t feel no way, on purpose/ I’m messing…
