Mogwai - PeekYou Blog - Revolutionary People Search Technology
After announcing their new album Every Country’s Sun last month, Scottish post-rock veterans Mogwai are back with the video for their single “Coolverine.” Directed by James and Justin Lockey, the video presents characters in a mesmerizing slow-mo drift, as a wash of black-and-white shots flood the clip’s eerily steady frame. Accompanying the video are tour dates throughout North America this fall, which follow the album’s release September 1. Check out the video and tour dates below.
Instead of “playing golf” or “making haggis” or whatever other stereotypical stuff, Scottish post-rock ensemble Mogwai have announced instead that they intend to “go on some huge world tour” later this year. Fine. (Come to think of it, they’re probably better at doing that anyway.) More
