The 5-year-old’s parents — that’d be Beyonce and Jay Z — were spotted in Beverly Hills jewelry hotspot XIV Karats on Feb. 14 (accompanied by four refrigerator-sized body guards) picking up what looked to be a kid-friendly rose-gold bracelet with diamonds.
