T.I. & Killer Mike Join Atlanta Mayor’s Transition Team
Atlanta, GA – T.I. and Killer Mike are among the people who have been announced as members of Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms’ transition team.
The 38-strong team was revealed in a news conference held Thursday morning (January 11), and also includes Tony Award-winning director Kenny Leon, educator Ron Clark, UPS Chairman and CEO David Abney, and Delta Air Lines CEO Edward Bastian.
“It represents a tremendous amount of diversity and depth and really the best and the brightest in the City of Atlanta,” Bottoms said.
The team will advise the mayor on a range of issues concerning the City of Atlanta, including crime, affordable housing, and improving the city’s education system.
