St. Vincent, The National, Stephin Merritt, and more serve up 112-track Bob’s Burgers Music Album
In just about every episode (if not every single one) of its ongoing, 100+ episode run, FOX animated comedy Bob’s Burgers has featured an original song. Wow, 100+ songs. Say, I’m no “music man,” but wouldn’t that be enough material for an album (or 10)? Well, apparently… yes. Yes, it is. The Bob’s Burgers Music Album is out May 12 on Sub Pop.
Finally, songs like the sultry “Derek Dematopolis,” the undeniably catchy “Taffy Butt,” AND MORE — like, literally 110 more — together at last in one super-sized collection. Basically, if you’ve heard a song on the show, then it’s going to be on this enormous album.
