Shia LaBeouf Shares of the ‘Cabaret Incident’

Back at the start of the summer, actor Shia LaBeouf made headlines for some decidedly outlandish behavior in midtown Manhattan; leading to him eventually getting arrested during a performance of the current Broadway revival of Cabaret.

This happened in the wake of some other “scandals” and peculiar behaviors on the actor’s behalf this year, and left the public and media curious about the actor’s overall mental health, or whether or not he was staging a public meltdown ala Joaquin Phoenix.

On Monday night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the 28-year old Shia appeared to regale Jimmy with a highly entertaining explanation of what happened in New York that day. To hear him tell it, he’d simply had a whiskey or two too many. The greater issues of his mental health and/or elaborate media hoaxes were left untouched.

Nonetheless, an amusing watch.
