Is it too late to say he’s sorry?

Justin Bieber punched a fan in the face Tuesday night before his performance in Barcelona.

In a TMZ video, the “Love Yourself” singer is in the backseat of a car when a man reaches into the open back window and attempts to touch the 22-year-old.

Bieber, wearing grandpa glasses, lands a punch with his right hand as the car pulls away, and the man is sent reeling backward with a bloodied lip.
