RIP Tito Vilanova, Former FC Barcelona Coach

Tito Vilanova (PeekYou profile here), the former coach of Barcelona’s world-renowned football club, who led the team to a national championship win in 2013 during his very first season in charge, has succumbed to his three-year battle with throat cancer. He was 45.

“The FC Barcelona is in immense mourning,” the team’s official account tweeted on Friday. “Tito Vilanova has died at the age of 45. May he rest in peace.”
