Premier League Table: Final Week 27 2017 Standings, Results and Week 28 Fixtures

Chelsea took care of business in Week 27 of the 2016-17 Premier League season, beating West Ham United 2-1 on Monday to move their lead back to 10 points.
Eden Hazard and Diego Costa provided the goals for the Blues, while Manuel Lanzini’s strike came too late.
Entering Week 28 of the campaign, Chelsea can afford to lose three of their last 11 matches and still win the title if they win out the rest of the way―the Blues have only lost three matches all season long.
