Michael Jackson’s Mother Enters Estate Legal Fray

As the legal fight between Michael Jackson’s estate and the IRS winds down, another battle is heating up.

The estate has been involved in one lawsuit after another since the singer’s death, facing off with Quincy Jones, Jackson’s ex-manager Tohme Tohme and “Thriller” director Jon Landis — just to name a few. Now Katherine Jackson, the late King of Pop’s mother, is asking the court to let her intervene in a lawsuit that centers on The Michael Jackson Company.
