Macklemore f/ Ryan Lewis teams w/ some Legit Hip Hop Legends, for Results You May not Find Legendary

After not quite ever going away, the somewhat controversial hip hop due of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have pretty much returned from their minuscule hiatus and are breaking the internet trend-o-meters on a weekly basis

So far this year they’ve already blown up with the Ed Sheeran-guesting “Growing Up,” and, now the pair have unleashed an all-star pop-funk jam titled “Downtown.” The track features real legends such as Grandmaster Caz, who is about as OG as it gets, Melle Mel (emceee on a certain little cut called “The Message”), and the great and legendary Kool Moe Dee.

Cultural appropriation or not, those are some pretty heavy endorsements for your jam. But is it any good?
