In the world of U.K. football, Liverpool FC defeated Tottenham 4-0, finding them at the top of the league.

As yanks, we’re not going to fumble around a clumsy pack of baloney, as we fake our way through blogging of a topic we do not understand — i.e., the rankings of the U.K.’s Premier League; or even, for that matter, soccer itself — but that’s not what we’re really here to do.

We do know that Liverpool is very competitive to win it all for the first time in 24 years, and that this is obviously viewed as a big deal by their fans (and we’d imagine foes, as well)
