Lana Del Rey’s ‘Ultraviolence’ is Here

Lana Del Rey
Ultraviolence, the highly anticipated sophomore album by pop songwriter and chanteuse, Lana Del Rey (the enigmatic celebrity alter-ego of one Lizzy Grant; PeekYou profile here), was finally released on Friday.

According to Metacritic — where it currently brandishes a 76 Metascore — critical response has been decidedly favorable, if not overwhelmingly ebullient. Fan response on social media, however, particularly on Twitter — where Ms. Del Rey trends routinely — seems much more vocally praising.

Rather than bore you with our thoughts — although we will reveal that we do enjoy the album a good deal — we’ll link you to some tracks, including the brand new Shades of Cool video, and leave you to explore the many corners of cyberspace where the captivating Ms. Del Rey does dwell, and from where you can purchase this terrific new collection, via the magical portal which is her PeekYou profile.
