While many contest the legitimacy of, and/or even the necessity for, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, that same many can sometimes also be heard to complain that this favorite act or that has yet to be inducted. One name frequently bandied about in these laments has been that of New York based theatrical rockers, Kiss.

Well, it seems the self-appointed arbiters of historical significance have deigned to bestow this dubious distinction upon Paul, Gene, Ace, and Peter, after all, and this upcoming April will find them joining the Hall’s list of deserving and profoundly questionable honorees.
