Trending madly, and worldwide, across Twitter the past couple of days has been pec-tacular actor Charlie Hunnam; trending not for a role he’s played, nor for one in which he’s been newly cast, but for one from which he’s decided to walk away.

Entertainment Weekly explains more here, but the basics are that Sons of Anarchy star Charlie was to play the lead — every soccer mom’s favorite sadist, Christian Grey — in the highly anticipated film adaptation of E.L. James‘ bazillion copy selling novel, 50 Shades of Grey. Citing scheduling conflicts, however, Hunnam has had to back out of the project.
