Here’s a bit of a retro Christmas treat, NYC salsa-style. Above is a simply great, and extraordinarily well-dressed, 1973 performance of “Aires de Navidad,” from Willie Colon‘s seminal Christmas album, Asalto Navideño.

Among the many salsa luminaries accompanying Willie in this clip are the late and legendary singer Héctor Lavoe, and “The King of the Cuatro,” Yomo Toro.
