Denmark’s ‘Sky Tower’ is a Simple yet Insane Theme Park Thrill
The park’s site explains what you’ll be in for as such:
Experience the REAL free fall!
Experience the REAL free fall! From the top of the tower – 40 metres – you have a perfect view of the Aarhus bay before you jump down 30 metres with 90 km/hour – without a wire!
After the fall you have the right to wear a “I DID IT” pin and become a member of a very exclusive circle of daredevils.
You may also just take the lift to the top and enjoy the view.
As the video below illustrates, this copy seems more or less honest.
It may be useful, however, to note the following restrictions before plummeting 130 feet like a sack of rocks into a trampoline:
Requirements: Minimum 14 years
You are not allowed to jump if you suffer from any of the conditions below:
• back problems
• heart problems
• open wounds
• fear of heights
• intoxicated by alcohol, medicine or other drugs
In truth, it looks amazingly fun. Check it out for yourself, and visit the special Theme Park Review PeekYou profile (keeping in mind that we usually index individuals, not institutions), where you’ll be led to tons of incredible clips and reviews of a huge number of the world’s most crazy rides.
