During Tuesday’s game against the Boston Red Sox, with runners already on base, the Chicago Cubs opted to not pitch anything hittable at slugger David Ortiz.

With a 3-0 count, Ortiz had started his walk to first base before Neil Ramirez’s final pitch of the at bat had even left his hand. Luckily, Ortiz anticipated Ramirez’s strategy correctly, and wound up looking like a stud.
