Adele Predicted She Would Restart Her Grammy Performance a Year Ago on ‘Ellen’

Adele may be adding psychic to her repertoire, as she seems to have predicted that she’d restart her Grammy performance.

For those who may not remember, last year at the 2016 Grammys, Adele dealt with sounds issues stemming from the piano mics having fallen into the instrument during her performance of “All I Ask.” Naturally upset following the performance, Adele discussed the incident with Ellen the next week on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, opening it with a flawless redo.

Talking to the Ellen about the mishap, Adele said, “Next time I have any sound issues I am gonna stop. ‘Sorry, that’s not working for me.’ If we have time to do it again, let’s do it.”

Fast-forward a year later to tonight’s Grammy performance, where she did just that.
