With a bit of nostalgia not nearly so charming as the Mighty Morhpin Power Rangers (as featured in here recently), 80s cultural plague, crack cocaine, has been making headlines again these days. The folks behind the popular YouTube channel, AsapSCIENCE have made the above video to explain in simple, scientific terms, and with misleadingly charming illustrations, precisely how the stuff can quickly go about destroying a life.

Thanks, in part, to the PR work being inadvertently done on its behalf by beleaguered Toronto mayor Rob Ford (PeekYou profile here), there’s been a fair amount of attention paid to crack these days. Without being preachy about it, we see no harm in reiterating the well-worn truth that the stuff is, indeed, wack.
