Suspect in Shooting at Nick & Drew Lachey’s Cincinnati Bar Surrenders
The man wanted for a shooting outside the Cincinnati sports bar owned by 98 Degrees members and brothers Nick and Drew Lachey turned himself in to police on Thursday night (Dec. 7). According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Lavoris Hightower, 36, has been indicted on charges including attempted murder and felonious assault in the shooting that left Lachey’s Bar manager Elle Richardson, 27, with severe injuries after she was shot in the face in the incident.
The shooting took place early Thanksgiving morning when Richardson left the bar with several co-workers and a friend around 3:20 a.m….
