Kanye West visits Trump Tower to meet with Donald Trump during trip to New York
Maybe he’s seeking advice for his own campaign.
Kanye West – a vocal Donald Trump supporter who has vowed to run for president in 2020 – met with the president-elect Tuesday for a 15-minute conversation inside Manhattan’s glitzy Trump Tower.
Trump and the “Famous” rapper posed for photos together in the lavish high-rise’s golden lobby after their short discussion, with Trump vaguely telling reporters that they spoke about “life.”
“We’ve been friends for a long time,” Trump said.
West, meanwhile, was even more tight-lipped, blatantly ignoring several questions before finally shutting down reporters.

West made waves early Tuesday morning when he showed up at the Trump Tower with a sprawling entourage — including his own cameraman — and hustled through the lobby before disappearing into an elevator.

The surprising meeting took place after West, 39, requested to sit down with the soon-to-be commander in chieft, and Trump obliged, according to TMZ.
