The first artist to take the stage is Billy Gilman, a former country star who’s going back to his musical roots with a Martina McBride song chosen by his coach, Adam Levine. Billy gives a gorgeous rendition of “Anyway” when he takes the stage, and as always, the crowd completely erupts when he’s done.
Courtney Harrell from Blake Shelton’s team is up next, and she takes on an 80s classic, “If I Could Turn Back Time,” by Cher for her Quarterfinals performance. Just as her coach predicted, she absolutely “knocks it out of the park” when the show goes live — and can we talk about how amazing she looks in that black outfit?!
It’s another big moment for country music on Team Adam when Josh Gallagher sings Tim McGraw’s “Real Good Man.” Tim was actually an adviser earlier this season, and he obviously leaves big shoes to fill, but the song is right in Josh’s wheelhouse. Can’t you just hear him singing his own country song on the radio RIGHT now?!
