Mr Robot

The votes are in and Mr. Robot is the PeekYou choice for best new series in 2015. The show had it all with protagonist (anti-hero?) Elliot Alderson, played by Rami Malek, struggling with the morality of bringing down the modern, digital world.

The show had it all, really. Smart engaging storyline and characters. A dastardly corporation using software to manipulate society to maximize profit… no, not VW, but Evil Corp. Evil Corp’s do-whatever-it-takes to succeed executive Tyrell Wellick. The in and out is-any-of-this-real hallucinations of Eliot and Mr. Robot. Who really pushed Elliot off the railing? The back to edgy, likability redemption of Christian Slater.

We could go on and on. If you haven’t seen this series yet, pick a weekend, grab some popcorn and watch it soon. Season 2 is rumored to be set for summer, so don’t put it off too long.
