What Would Be On Doctor Strange’s Mixtape, According To Benedict Cumberbatch
One of the most successful parts of Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy was, surprisingly enough, “Awesome Mix Vol. 1” – the mix tape possessed by none other than Peter “Star-Lord” Quill (Chris Pratt). With all of the album sales, and public interest, the tape had amassed with the viewing public, custom character curated playlists could become the rage among other MCU characters if those in charge would let them. And no one knows that better than Doctor Strange himself, Benedict Cumberbatch, as he’s just created the perfect playlist for those of you who love to travel through musical history in the course of a single session.
Collider caught up with one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s more recently added superheroes, giving Benedict Cumberbatch the perfect opportunity to fill in the rest of the mix tape blanks for Dr. Stephen Strange. His rather eclectic choices can be read below, but we must warn that if you haven’t seen the film yet, spoilers for the soundtrack to Doctor Strange:
