PHILADLEPHIA — The Eagles have spent the entire offseason allocating resources to bolstering the talent around quarterback Carson Wentz, which could continue in the first-round of Thursday night’s NFL Draft on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.

Even after signing Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith in free agency, the Eagles are still searching for a youthful, high-impact wide receiver to grow and develop alongside Wentz. Especially given that Jeffery and Smith are both signed to short-term deals.
