Three fans injured in Florida sprint-car crash involving Ryan Blaney’s uncle
Three spectators were injured Sunday night when a sprint car involved in a wreck jumped the fence into the crowd at Volusia Speedway Park near Barberville, Fla.
Video on YouTube from the race appeared to show one of the cars cartwheeling over the fencing and into the spectator area.
The Volusia County Sheriff’s office tweeted that all three victims were taken to Halifax Health Medical Center, two of them as trauma alerts.
