Popular TV host, science educator, engineer, and all-around “pro-science” personality, Bill Nye “The Science Guy” (PeekYou profile here), was the focus of much buzz this week for his live, streaming head-to-head debate — called “Is creation a viable model of origins in today’s modern scientific era?” — with “young world creationist,” and Creation Museum president, Ken Ham (PeekYou profile here).
Rest assured, you have read this entry’s title correctly. We felt it was time to class up this joint a little bit. While we apologize for none of our previous lists, even those replete with teen idols and/or hints of tawrdy sensationalism, we nonetheless felt that it was time to at least momentarily aspire to something greater.
They are not necessarily the best scientists, and nor are they all the most respected (although some are among them). They are, however, the scientists with the largest “digital footprints,” and you can find out who they are by clicking through here.
