Ariana Grande and John Legend to Record “Beauty and the Beast” Duet for Disney Film

Ariana Grande and John Legend are teaming up to record Beauty and the Beast’s theme song of the same name for the upcoming Disney live-action film.

The song was written by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken for the 1991 animated feature Beauty and the Beast and originally sung by actress Angela Lansbury in her role as the voice of the character Mrs. Potts and then rerecorded by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson for the film’s soundtrack.
